If you make sexual remarks or requests to a therapist, we will report it to the police and disclose your identification and place of employment to the salon association. 8. Exchanging personal contact information is prohibited. If you violate these terms and conditions, we may refuse to use our shop. When you visit our store
We are unable to provide treatment to those with illnesses, infections or who are not feeling well.

Cancellation Policy and Reservations

Cancellations can be made up to one day in advance, but we ask that you always contact us if you wish to cancel. If you are unable to come to the salon at your reserved date and time due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances, please contact us at least one hour before your reservation date and time. As our salon is exclusively reserved for one customer, sudden changes to reservations may cause inconvenience to other customers.

If you cancel without contacting us, make repeated changes to your reservation, or cancel multiple reservations, we will impose a penalty and refuse to accept future reservations. If we determine that the reservation content and your cancellation are malicious, we may request that you pay the full amount for the reserved course and refuse to accept your reservation. Regarding cancellations without notice

Please note that if you repeatedly cancel without notice, regardless of whether you are a new customer or a returning customer, we will assume that you have no intention of visiting us. We appreciate your understanding in order to serve as many customers as possible.

About lateness

If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late for your reservation, please be sure to contact the salon in advance (by phone, LINE, or email). If there is a customer with a later reservation, the treatment time may be shortened or the reservation may be canceled. If you are more than 10 minutes late and do not contact us in advance, we regret to inform you that your reservation will be canceled.

As a general rule, we do not accept tentative reservations or reservations made one month in advance. If you wish to make multiple reservations, please make them within one month of your confirmed schedule. Even if you shorten the course on the day, you will be required to pay the course fee that was charged at the time of reservation. As a general rule, you can change your reservation up to two times.
